I finally managed to get my vacuum chamber working, and run the Tesla coil in it! Awesome effect on arcs, but RIP Tesla coil!

    the tesla coil is actually the secondary of an hight voltage transformer (electrons flow through air at high voltage) ,taking out the air from the chamber, that means more electrons will flow between unisolated ends of the wire of the coil, it's like shorting the secondary of the transformer and your coils os heated up until it is burned (and emailated insolation on it as well)….if you want to make a "lightning tube" you have to keep the tesla coil outside the tube and the wires from the tesla coil at the edges of the tube (the unisolated end of the wire of the tesla coil to be inside the tube), but again your teasla coil will be shorted if in the tube will be no air, so you have to connect a load outside the tube (where you have air insulation) at one end of the wire of the tesla coil
