I almost threw away my five-year-old Samsung S9 phone because the USBC connector started failing I couldn't charge with wire anymore, only with a wireless charger I couldn't connect the USB to my computer to download the media I Thought the connector was broken over time and it was time to replace the phone. but then I stuck an exacto knife in the connector and pulled a ton of felt and hair and guns collected in there from my pants. Pockets Over years and suddenly the connector seats properly all the way in it's charged. USB works.
It's like a brand new phone with five-year-old features, which is fine for me. I can use it for another five years. No. I'm not old.
It meets my demands. No I'm not cheap I Buy proper tools for all my other tasks while you are half hacking your life with a phone. I'm not old and cheap. everyone else is anyway.
I used my Nubia z11 since 2016. It has 6gb ram, 64gb ram, type c, Android 7.
Apps stopped supporting Android 7, hence I had to move last month to a new one.
I wish companies supported their hardware and made updates for at least 10 years backward compatible
"I'm not old and cheap, everyone else is"
Me with an $8 Android phone
The Throw away attitude pisses me off actually, I always fight to extend the life of my stuff as far as possible.
Not cheap, sustainable. We need to stop buying new phones every year
Helpful knowledge but that was gross lol
I'm just like you, my Samsung note 8 lock button fell out after I had the battery replaced, now leaving me 3 option: A.either pay semi premium price for finding and shipping a new lock button
or
B. use the sim ejector for rest of the phone's life,
or
C. download an app that enables me to lock the phone with a tap on top of the screen. I took option 3.
low key i rather use the same phone for 10 years my self
The only "How to fix android" video that ever fixed anything at the end, in real english 100% no fake.
There used to be so much south east asian channels with "How to fix android" videos, all you would understand was along "Pralangkan yamalayan nukaman windows 10 fix android touchscreen Wakanlanan paralang Android compuer" in Englush.
Aye you have the same phone as me
You're not cheap, you're the influencer the world needs to learn from.
It's ok Mehdi, we have the same phone 😂
Next time use magnetic charging plug in the port for dust proofing.
If your current phone fulfills your needs there is no reason to get a new one.
Me too still using this phone
This happened to my iphone 7 except then the charge port was actually broken so I ended up doing a diy repair and replaced the port. I still have it working to this day
Watching this on my galaxy S9
مقادیر زیادی حق💀💀💀💀
Should have said lint instead of felt maybe! You know, all those crap that collects in your bellybutton from your clothing, when you are hairy that is…
